Cobi Smith is a motivated professional, skilled in all facets of public relations and professional communications. Cobi provides support to our clients by preparing communication materials, orchestrating meetings, managing crisis communication, conducting research and monitoring day-to-day legislative issues. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University’s Manship School of Mass Communication where she was the recipient of the Tiger Excellence Scholars Award, a student mentor through the LSU Office of Multicultural Affairs and a member of the Golden Band from Tigerland.
While attending LSU, Cobi implemented a media campaign for Manners of the Heart, a non-profit organization based in Baton Rouge, by drafting press releases, preparing media kits, designing social media graphics, and developing oversight of the organization’s social and promotional events.
Prior to joining the MSC team, Cobi worked as an Executive Intern for the Louisiana Office of Community Development where she balanced a broad range of duties for the communication and administrative departments.
